Simon Cowell misunderstands runner-up in clumsy blunder
Early in the episode, it was revealed that Amber and the Dancing Collies were the wild card.
The trio are from the Netherlands and are known as circus performers and entertainers all over the world.
When the judges gave their opinion, Simon made a huge mess and accidentally said that Nymeria was a boy rather than a girl.
Simon Cowell apologizes to son Eric, 8, after SWEARING
The BGT mogul, 62, turned the air blue as he chatted with finalists Flintz & Taylor after their performance.
Unfortunately, the duo made a big mistake on stage and it even left judge Alesha Dixon in tears.
Rapper Flintz was overwhelmed with nerves and forgot his lyrics shortly after their song started.
But trying to make the 23-year-old feel better, Simon swore live. He spelled the word ‘s***’, despite it being before the 9 p.m.
Viewers were left speechless after Amanda’s bizarre panty comment
History teacher Tom Ball, 23, took to the stage to do his best and impress judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams with his vocal talents.
He gave his own interpretation of the song I Who Have Nothing by Tom Jones.
The four judges were amazed by his talent.
Amanda said: “It was an amazing and unforgettable performance and if you’re not at the London Palladium by the end of the year I’ll be eating my panties.”
Viewers at home were scratching their heads at his comment.
One said on Twitter: “Amanda eating her panties was not what I wanted in my head on a Sunday night.”
A second added, “Did Amanda Holden just say on TV I’m gonna eat my panties.”
Fans Slam Simon Cowell After ‘Predicting’ Queen’s DEATH
The mogul made a comment suggesting Her Majesty may not attend the Royal Variety Performance where the winner will perform.
While judging illusionist Ben Nickless, he made a remark that viewers interpreted as him predicting the demise of our monarch.
He mentioned the winner playing for the Queen, then hastily added, “Please God, it’s the Queen.”
While Simon could have simply been referring to the fact that due to her age the Queen has not attended the Royal Variety Performance in recent years, many felt he was suggesting she may have died at that time and found it to be in bad taste.
One said on Twitter: “The awkward silence after Simon basically hinted the queen was about to leave…yeah it went down like a lead balloon.”
A second wrote: ‘Did Simon just kill the Queen?’
