Does TikTok Stomach Sex Hack Really Work? We ask an expert

This is called “intense”

Another day, another TikTok sex hack that taught me more about the female body than biology class ever did. Last year the pillow trick went viral to improve our sex life and now it’s the turn of the stomach sex trick.

TikToker nurse Ria, who frequently shares sex tips, recently posted a TikTok claiming that pressing on a woman’s stomach during sex can help stimulate the G-spot. of a woman’s belly during sex can help stimulate her G-spot from the outside.”

His video has since been viewed over 40 million times and the comments section is full of people discussing the effect of this trick.

Some say it makes sex “1,000 times more intense” and others say it just makes them “fart”. So does it really work? We spoke to an online sex toy retailer UberKinky’resident sex expert, Ruby, to give her thoughts on this viral tip.

Does the TikTok stomach sex hack work?

Like many TikTok hacks, Ruby says the stomach tip isn’t new and can be extremely effective.

She said: “What’s up with TikTok and years of delay when it comes to ‘so-called’ sex hacks? Of course, I can’t speak for all vulva owners, but – when done right – GENTLE pressure on their belly in a certain area can increase pleasure.

So how can I do?

Ruby advises that the first step to trying this stomach sex hack is to locate your G-spot so you can stimulate it from the outside.

She said: “The G-spot is located inside the vagina – about an inch inside. Outside the body, this translates to about the width of a palm from the navel – an average easy to measure The best way to stimulate is to play inside and locate the G-spot before pressing – this can be with a slightly curved dildo or your fingers Fingers are best for complete beginners as you need to know how the G-spot feels to the touch, and this can be done with a partner or during masturbation.

Once you know where your G-spot is, Ruby advises “press lightly on your stomach a palm-width below your navel, and experiment with pressure and hand position until you feel feel a change in sensation. Once you find the ideal position, you can quickly return to it next time.

Are there any risks associated with stomach sex hacking?

With any movement or sex position, what works for one person may not work for another. The only thing to consider, says Ruby, is making sure you’re not pressing too hard on your stomach.

She said: ‘There is no risk of harm of any kind, but of course you will want to avoid pressing too hard on your belly or that of your partner. Pressing too hard anywhere on a person’s body can cause internal damage if done with enough force – you’re trying to increase pleasure, not send them to the hospital. If you’re masturbating, choose what your body is comfortable with, and if you’re playing with a partner, be sure to tell them if you feel any pain or discomfort, and ask them to stop immediately.
