Aghaboy continued to win well at Ballinrobe last week, but he will struggle to beat The Insider in form. COMMON PRACTICE is a very interesting newcomer for Joseph Patrick O’Brien. He is an 83 rated flat horse and ran very well in Galway behind Irish Lullaby last time out having won the Apprentice Derby at the Curragh before that. If he jumps, he brings a higher level of fitness to the race than any of the other flat horses here.

Nikini has good bumper form, especially behind Dorans Weir at Fairyhouse and The Model Kingdom at Punchestown. Hollymount was priced high and fell short. She has the experience but NIKINI should be able to make Hollymount leave.

WHAT PATH jumped very well at home. It rises up to 3m which will suit it to the ground. He will be hard to beat.

EASY GAME has been training all summer. He won at Tramore in July before finishing 10th in the Galway Plate. He has won at Listowel on more than one occasion, including this race last year. I can understand why Paul Townend went for Easy Game as he is definitely the fit horse and has the physical form to race.

KEMBOY is probably downgraded at the age of 10. He’s on a 165 rating, which won’t make him competitive in a handicap. He is going to be a difficult horse to place, but I think Willie Mullins has a plan.

The first round of Polo Lounge was probably his best (behind Shanbally Kid, who Gigginstown Stud bought and now trains with Willie Mullins). He then ran poorly at Tramore behind The Friday Man and was beaten at Killarney by the next week. Velvet Real is the only newcomer but the form of those who raced is not exceptional and this could be an ideal opportunity for POLO LOUNGE.
