WWE ‘Raw’: Kevin Owens cheats on Seth Rollins, the Miz and Maryse return

November 30 (UPI) – Kevin Owens was able to earn a spot in Seth Rollins’ Championship match and The Miz returned alongside his wife Maryse in WWE Raw.

Owens faced WWE Champion Big E in the main event on Monday. Owens earlier that night lied to Rollins about how WWE official Adam Pearce said if he wins his match he will face Big E with Rollins at the Day 1 à la carte event on New Year’s Day.

Rollins approached Pearce about the stipulation, but was told it was a lie. Pearce and his official WWE colleague Sonya Deville, however, liked the idea and added the stipulation.

Rollins, enraged that his championship match against Big E could turn into a triple threat, watched the main event from ringside and joined the announcer’s office.

Big E and Owens had a physical, hard-hitting match. Owens attacked Rollins twice during the fight, causing The Visionary to lose his temper. Rollins then proceeded to assault Owens, giving KO the victory by disqualification.

Disqualification is what Owens wanted as he celebrated the Entrance Ramp. Big E will now have to defend his WWE Championship against Rollins and Owens in a Triple Threat match at Day 1.

“You have people saying your name just to get a cheap reaction. You live rent free in a lot of heads,” said Edge, a reference to how CM Punk recently compared MJF to The Miz during the promotion. wrestling rival AEW.

Edge said what sets him apart from The Miz is that he doesn’t demand respect but deserves it and mentioned that The Miz is only in WWE to further his outside celebrity businesses. . Edge also referred to The Miz’s partner John Morrison, who was recently fired by the company. Edge challenged The Miz to a fight but the A-lister refused and left the ring.

Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan have signed a contract for their Championship game, which will take place next week on Raw.

Morgan got personal at the mic and mentioned that Lynch is no longer friends with SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair. Morgan also opened up about how his tag team partner Ruby Riott was fired by WWE in June. Riott now competes as Ruby Soho in AEW.

“You are the reason your friend is gone, just like the reason your big, big, greedy contract is the reason MY friends are gone. How does it feel to know that you are becoming everything you despise? Morgan said.

Deville then arranged a match between two teams led by Lynch and Morgan. Lynch’s team consisted of the Women’s Team Champions Queen Zelina and Carmella, Doudrop and Tamina. Morgan’s squad included Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, Nikki ASH and 24/7 Champion Dana Brooke.

Morgan managed to secure victory for his team after nailing Tamina with her final Oblivion blow. A fight then broke out, which ended with Morgan sending Lynch out of the ring with an Oblivion.
